A great event starts with a complete understanding of your requirements - the goals and objectives of your program. Our production team works closely with you to develop targeted messaging through a variety of pre-produced media, executive speeches, and presentation design. A comprehensive show script is then written to manage the flow of your program.

 

Concurrently, a technical plan will be developed that will define the complexity of the hardware and recommend the show labor necessary to meet the needs of your “live” program. And finally, ground plans and front elevations will be created to illustrate the use of the space(s) for general sessions, awards banquets, breakouts and specialty events.
